Becoming a Member

All are invited to apply for membership in Rockhill Trolley Museum. Members receive regular newsletters, invitations to our special members-only events, and the chance to help us operate and improve our museum.

But don't worry, we are not obsessed with work! Social activities are planned throughout the year, including picnics, film programs, tours of other museums and transit facilities, and special Members' Day programs.

Membership Types
We offer two membership classes. With either class, family members may be added for a slight additional fee.

• Sustaining
  Sustaining members have the opportunity to learn to operate trolley cars and other equipment on our demonstration electric railway. They also receive a pass to ride our trolley cars for free, our quarterly The Retriever newsletter, invitations to special programs, trips and picnics. Sustaining members must be 18 years or older.
  Just $40 per year
• Associate
  Associate members receive a pass to ride our trolley cars for free, our quarterly The Retriever newsletter, invitations to special programs, trips and picnics. They also may participate in track work, car restoration, museum store, and other activities. Associate members must be at least 14 years old and have parental approval and supervision if under 18.
  Only $25 per year
• Family
  Family memberships are available to a spouse and children of Sustaining or Associate members. Family members have the same benefits as Associate members, but do not receive their own newsletters. There must be a Sustaining or Associate membership in a family in order to add family members!
  Add $5 per person, per year

We heartily encourage all members to participate as a volunteer in our many projects!
