History of P&W Plow #10

In the 1940’s plow #10 was painted in a green color scheme. June, 1945
The interior of the plow carried all the tools that would be needed for snow clearing along the line. June, 1945
When the plow was not stored indoors, the P&W protected the plow #10 from vandalism and weather.

During the winters, the P&W kept plow #10 inside and protected while waiting for the next call to duty. January, 1988
As plow #10 was being loaded for transportation to the museum in 1988, it was posed next to its long time running mate car #402. 

Two years later car #402 would rejoin plow #10 at the museum. Photo Date: October 30, 1988.

Like all trolley cars in the museum collection, Plow #10 arrived in Rockhill Furnace aboard a tractor trailer.

In 2010, plow #10 performed its duties at the museum, just as it was intended to do. February, 2010
