Operations, Maintenance, and Track and Overhead departments all cooperated to adjust tension on the pole of Philly PCC 2743 to address a dewirement problem.
Here, they measure tension on the pole rope with a spring scale.
Harry was recently working on the interior of Philadelphia PCC car 2743 touching up paint improving the appearance inside.
